Music videos by filmmakers, bands and musicians from the above-mentioned countries can be submitted. The only requirement is that the videos must not be older than two years. We particularly welcome contributions that show a modern and fair image of social categories such as gender, origin or age. Discriminatory content has no place here.

The best video from each country secures its place in the competition. In addition, there is a wild card for the winners of the MV-wide music video competition PopFiSH, which is announced as part of the FiSH Film Festival.

A competition on the beach

The HanseFiSH award ceremony takes place as part of the Hanse Sail, the largest annual traditional sailing event in the world. As part of a multi-day program, the selected music videos are presented on the second weekend in August on the beautiful beach of Warnmünde in the Wal Bar. Feet in the sand, a cold drink in your hand and the best international music videos on the big screen!
