The following conditions need to be fulfilled :
film makers have to originate from Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland or Sweden
every genre and topic is welcome
age of filmmaker upon the completion of the film: up to 26 years (incl.)
the film shouldn’t be longer than 30 minutes
the film has to be finished after January 1st 2021
