Animal children who want their football field to be renovated, ask the Council of Animals if they could repair the football field instead of building a new airport. In the film, the Council of Animals reaches the decision. 

Youngsters from Western Pomerania and Lusatia are discovering their bodies on a hot summer day. They openly discuss, in front of the camera, their perceptions of their own bodies and difficulties they have with the ideal standards of beauty.

Four people explain and discuss what is a good life.

How do strangers become friends? Between “missing cat” posters, small talk and elevator trips to the eighth floor, “The Elevator” tells the story of two neighbours who might actually have more in common than just the place they live.
