Amos Geva

Co-Founder and managing director T-Port Germany e.V. | born 1986 | lives in Berlin

Amos is a film producer and the co-founder and managing director of T-Port, a non-profit organisation supporting emerging filmmakers. With a background in filmmaking himself, he serves on selection committees for film festivals and funding bodies, bridging creative practice and industry expertise.

Fitore Muzaki

Screenwriter and director | born 1989 | lives in Cologne and Berlin

Fitore, born in Kosovo, works as a screenwriter and director between Cologne and Berlin. Her short film TURTLE & ALBION premiered in 2025 at the Int. Hofer Film Festival. She received the Wim Wenders Fellowship for her series project AMICA. She is currently developing her debut feature film and works as a writer, director and creative producer for WDR and various production companies. She studied, among others, at HBK Braunschweig and the ifs Cologne.

Hanna Reifgerst

Artistic Director of the Nordic Film Days Lübeck | born 1984 | lives in Weimar

Hanna is a dramaturg, consultant for systemic organisational development and change management, and Head of Studies at the Academy for Children’s Media. In 2025, she took on the role of Artistic Director of the Nordic Film Days Lübeck, where she has been serving as curator for Young Audience since 2022.

Jeanne is the co-founder of the short film festival 48h of Hygge, a time-based film festival and has a passion for visual culture and storytelling. Jeanne also works with empathetic photography in her debut photobook One.

born in 1992 | lives and works in Tallinn as freelance photographer and researcher at Tallinn University  

Born and raised by the Baltic Sea, Saara lives and works in Tallinn as a freelance cultural critic and photographer, and as a researcher at Tallinn University. Besides writing about cultural events, she has a history of different jobs at various film festivals around Europe.
