The FiSH Film Festival Rostock is more than just a festival week – it’s a year-round celebration of film. We want the films from our program to keep travelling: to other film and music festivals, themed events, schools, and youth clubs.

In doing so, we showcase the creative potential of young filmmakers and make their perspectives visible. Their stories open up new ways of seeing the world – inspiring, touching, and sometimes challenging.

With the FiSH Screenings, we bring these films to places where people connect and start conversations – about art, society, and what brings us together. Because cinema can take a stand – and that’s exactly what we want to strengthen.
