Media-Competence-Prize

FiSH has been awarding the Media Competence Prize MV together with the Media Authority Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania since 2006. The prize is dedicated to outstanding projects that realise and promote sustainable and/or innovative media work with children, young people or adults. The focus is particularly on the pedagogical process – i.e. the way in which the acquisition of media competence was promoted among the participants. The project results are only included in the evaluation as a supplement.

All projects from our state that have been conducted or started from 2018 up to 2020 are eligible. Especially important is the sustainable communication of media-competence. The projects can originate from any area of media relations, and there is no age limit.
